Launch Policy
Shipping availability changes product to product, so check each item before checkout.
Most products are made to order. Typical turnaround is 5-10 business days depending on the item, finish, material availability, and current workload. Larger custom orders may take longer, and we'll confirm timing before production begins.
Some products can be shipped and some products are pickup only. Product cards, product pages, and your cart will show whether shipping is available before checkout. Pickup or shipping details are added to the customer account or sent by email when the order is ready.
Custom work can be affected by material availability, weather, equipment time, and design details. If an order cannot be completed in the promised window, NXT Fabrication will contact the customer with an updated timeline and cancellation/refund options.
